Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of the Party Pass program?
We abide in large part by the venue’s own health and safety policies. Please refer to the venue’s website for specific policies that may be implemented during your show date.
Does this package have a minimum age?
This show will last approximately 90 minutes, including a 15-20 minute intermission.
Will I need a Party Pass ticket to accompany my child into the program?
No. Children 2 years of age and younger are free if they sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. All Kids 3+ years of age must purchase a ticket.
What steps are you taking regarding COVID-19? Will there be a mask policy, or a social distancing policy?
All VIP tickets include the following:
- One (1) Premium VIP reserved ticket in the first few rows to see L.O.L. Surprise! LIVE
- Invitation to the Pre/ Post show Meet & Greet to see two (2) of your favourite L.O.L. Surprise! Character Dolls LIVE (Dolls will be randomly chosen and subject to change)
- Photo Opportunities inspired by the L.O.L. Surprise! world
I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
YES. These are included with all purchased VIP tickets.
What is a Premium Reserved ticket and where will it be located?
ABSOLUTELY. We encourage you to take pictures and share them on social media. Please tag @lolsurprise.uk on Facebook and Instagram and hashtag #lolsurpriselive when you do. There are some limitations, however: flash photography and tripods are not permitted and pre-approval is required for any professional photography or recording.
